The U.S. News and World Report has ranked pediatric hospitals nationwide and awarded Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center a third place ranking in the U.S. They added only 11 pediatric hospitals in the country to the magazine's Honor Roll.  They were the only Ohio hospital in the rating.

Michael Fisher, President and CEO of Children's indicated that the hospital strives to provide outstanding care across the spectrum of pediatric specialties and to do it while focusing on quality, safety and value.

Children's has been ranked among the top hospitals in the nation for years.  Their budget exceeds 1.6 billion.  They have over 12,000 employees.

The two hospitals ranked above Cincinnati were Boston and Philadelphia.
