The Hyde Park Community Council has placed a "shout out" to all residents.  As part of the City of Cincinnati Biennial Budget Process, the community council needs to submit its priority projects for budget funding. They are looking for ideas that preserve and revitalize the neighborhood, changes that are needed and ideas that will make the community a better place to live.

The Hyde Park Neighborhood Council is committed to maintaining and improving Hyde Park as a desirable neighborhood, as well as educating and informing citizens, and providing an opportunity for participation in community affairs.

As the official representative of the neighborhood, the Council is responsible for selecting and submitting funding requests.  Possible ideas might include:

  • improvements or repairs of city facilities (street rehab or resurfacing, curbs, traffic signals,
  • Park or recreation improvements or enhancements
  • changes to city services such as trash collection, street sweeping, weed cutting

The Hyde Park Neighborhood Council will ultimately choose three requests to send on to the City of Cincinnati for their consideration in the budgeting process.

Suggestions shold be sent directly to Carl Uebelacker, the CPR Coordinator for HPNC at or 513-321-3320, orsubmit it via their web site  Suggestion(s) for consideration are due by Friday, March 19.
