Cincinnati Named Top "Unexpected Place for Innovation"

Cincinnati was listed in the "Ten Most Unexpected Cities for High-Tech Innovation" list by Techie.com.  Dan Blacharski, editor-in-chief, called the city "the perfect destination with low cost of living, excellent infrastructure and an abundance of talent."  They also indicated that they would expect the high-technology sector to grow because the city employers including P&G, Kroger, Macy's and others encourage innovators to take advantage of the city's resources and culture.

Other cities named to the list were: Chattanooga, Detroit, Des Moines, Las Vegas, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Portland, Rochester and South Bend.
